Limelight Media Approach

A visit to Amber Springs Hotel reveals very quickly what the staff team prides itself on – namely providing great facilities, a vast array of family activities, and a warming and welcoming space to spend time together away from home. In revamping the hotel’s brand and visual identity, the Limelight Media team first spent time understanding the hotel’s values, its everyday attention to detail, its ambitions and future priorities, and how we could help translate its clear sense of self expertly across physical and digital marketing platforms.

A new colour palette of blues, pinks, and white now help the hotel stand apart from competitors, while resonating with the sense of energy and adventure experienced by visitors. The Limelight Media team captured this aura of fun further by creating a revamped set of design assets to underpin a range of planned digital marketing activities, guided by our research on emerging trends within the hospitality sector more generally.

Working closely with the staff team to ensure the finalised look, graphic design assets, and campaign ideas were relevant, a reflection of the business, and something the entire team would get behind, we delivered and embedded foundations that will support the hotel’s marketing activities for years to come.

Impact

Building on the newly created design assets, the Limelight Media content team set about capturing the enthusiasm and excitement of a stay at the Amber Springs Hotel through photography and video, inspired by insights from across the business including staff and visitor feedback.

These assets subsequently allowed our team to develop data-informed and visually consistent advertising campaigns that targeted different audiences meaningfully across relevant channels and ensured that the hotel’s array of offerings were promoted effectively rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Social media content which showcased the hotel and everything that visitors love about it has been a key pillar of this work and success ever since, as every touch points now provides a consistent and professional message but with a nod to the uniqueness that allows Amber Springs differentiate itself from the rest.
