Working with an already-established brand such as The SpitJack and its staff team, Limelight Media had excellent foundations on which to build visibility, brand awareness, and positioning within Ireland’s dining out industry.
Understanding the business’ own strategic aims and expectations was crucial at the beginning of the partnership, providing the foundation stones for social media and marketing services. Collaborating with The SpitJack team, a variety of photography and video content was captured, with the specific objective of delivering consistent messaging across a range of platforms.
This was achieved through planned and executed social media and marketing management, a new design for The SpitJack’s newsletter and management of the same, as well as PR and Influencer Marketing activities.

From the early days of this marketing partnership, the challenge for the Limelight Media team was clear: to take the passion of the business owners and project that out into the world of existing customers and new audiences across multiple channels and formats.
Publishing mouth-watering imagery to tempt diners in the front doors was one core element of a carefully cultivated content creation plan that needed to consistently reflect the ethos and uniqueness of The SpitJack experience, while keeping the forefront of social trends.
The LM team acted as the business’ steadfast marketing support, advising on strategic direction, influencers to work with, ensuring consistency across digital assets, as well as proactively monitoring the wider hospitality industry for opportunities and watchouts – allowing the culinary team to focus on what they do best in the process.
